San Francisco 49ers at Carolina Panthers: These two teams met earlier in the season the the Panthers squeaked out a one point victory. In the first meeting Vernon Davis was knocked out early, Michael Crabtree wasn't playing and the team wasn't clicking like it is now. As for the Panthers they can match San Fran's defense step for step and Colin Kap was a non issue against this team. The weather in Charlotte wasn't great over the weekend and I think the run game plays a major factor. I am taking the San Francisco 49ers (-1) to beat the Panthers 16-10 (over/under is 42.5)
San Diego Chargers at Denver Broncos: Peyton Manning is facing a team for the 3rd time this season and that factors well for the Broncos. The Chargers won't be able to show Peyton anything thehy didn't use before and Manning knows that. This game is going to be high scoring and I'll always take Peyton in a scoring matchup game. I am taking the Denver Broncos to beat the Chargers 34-28 (Chargers +9.5) and the over 55.5.
