Team Needs: San Francisco 49ers

San Francisco 49ers- One of the most well rounded teams in all of football. They have no major needs just spots they need to add depth. They have made it to the conference championship and the Super bowl the last two seasons. This team is excellent on defense and getting stronger on offense. I expect much of the same this upcoming season.
Key 2012 Statistics:
Total Offense: 11th
Passing Offense: 23rd
Rushing Offense: 4th
Passing TD/INT (Rank): 23/8 (T-16th/T-30th)
Rushing TD: T-6th
Sacks Allowed: 9th
Total Defense: 3rd
Passing Defense: 4th
Rushing Defense: 4th
Sacks/INT (Rank): 38/14 (T-11th/T-16th)
Free Agency:
Key Losses: S Dashon Goldson, DT Isaac Sopoaga, WR Randy Moss, TE Delanie Walker, K David Akers, G Leonard Davis, DT Ricky Jean-Francois
Key Additions: WR Anquan Boldin(Trade), DL Glenn Dorsey, CB Nnamdi Asomugha, K Phil Dawson, S Craig Dahl
Draft Needs:
Defensive Line: Injuries and age are a concern here. They need to add depth and find potential starters for the future. If they can find a solid Nose Tackle early, it would help improve an already great defense.
Tight End: They run a good amount multi tight end sets and they lost Delanie Walker to free agency(Signed with Titans). They could try to move up for a matchup nightmare in Tyler Eifert or wait until Zach Ertz, who can also be a great tight end, falls to them. They should try to get one of these two to solidify this offense.
Safety: They added Craig Dahl, but he is not a long term solution. I see them adding a guy who can start over Dahl or a player to start next year. They are a couple big physical hitters Harbaugh loves having in his back end of the secondary in this draft look for him to strike than some may think.
Quarterback: They do not have a backup that has a similar skill set to Kaepernick, so if he goes down they do not really have someone to step in. I see them taking an option type quarterback late.
Offensive Line: They do not need to improve here, but do need to add some depth. They run heavy packages and the backups can play a role in the formation. I do not expect this to be a high priority, but if a player they like falls to them in the middle to late rounds, they will take him.
