Jason La Can fora formerly of the NFL Network had trouble following this agreement when he was at the NFL Net word but it no longer applies. La Can fora now at CBS is allowed to tweet out whatever accurate information he receives during the draft. Whether that be trade rumors or picks before they are announced on live television. If you care not to have your TV program spoiled simply unfollow or don't go on twitter during the draft.
