Team Needs: Kansas City Chiefs

Kansas City Chiefs- With all the talent this team had a year ago, I expected more. I thought they had a chance to win the division. They have a talented wide receiver in Bowe and running back  in Charles. The defense has play makers and they've added some depth but I can still see them addressing defensive needs throughout the draft. I can see this team having the same type of one year turn around the Colts had last season.

Key 2012 Statistics:
Total Offense: 24th
Passing Offense: 32nd
Rushing Offense: 5th
Passing TD/INT (Rank): 8/20 (32nd/2nd)
Rushing TD: T-25th
Sacks Allowed: 11th
Total Defense: 20th
Passing Defense: 12th
Rushing Defense: 20th
Sacks/INT (Rank): 27/7 (29th/T-31st)

Free Agency:
Key Losses: NT Glenn Dorsey, OT Eric Winston, RB Peyton Hillis, WR Steve Breaston

Key Additions: CB Sean Smith, CB Dunta Robinson, TE Anthony Fasano, LB Akeem Jordan

Draft Needs:
Offensive Tackle: They only have one quality tackle in Brandon Albert and this will be this first need they address in the draft with the 1st overall pick selecting Luke Joeckel or trade down and stack picks and use them to take a tackle and a Defensive lineman.

Defensive Line: They have young players in Dontari Poe, and Tyson Jackson but they need depth and someone who can help solidify this d-line.

Linebacker: They need to find someone alongside Derrick Johnson. If they can find someone who can help defend the run this defense starts to look much better.

Safety: They have Eric Berry, a future stud, but no one to play alongside him. This safety class is very deep and can find someone throughout the draft and I expect them to find the guy they want.
