Team Needs: Indianapolis Colts

Indianapolis Colts- The Colts made the playoffs... who would have thought that. From worst to the playoffs and not much added besides Andrew Luck. The future looks bright with one of the brightest stars in the NFL.

Key 2012 Statistics:
Total Offense: 10th
Passing Offense: 7th
Rushing Offense: 22nd
Passing TD/INT (Rank): 23/18 (T-16th/T-6th)
Rushing TD: T-18th
Sacks Allowed: 7th
Total Defense: 26th
Passing Defense: 21st
Rushing Defense: 29th
Sacks/INT (Rank): 32/12 (T-23rd/T-20th)

Free Agency:
Key Losses: DE Dwight Freeney, WR Austin Collie, OT Winston Justice

Key Additions: S Laron Landry, OT Gosder Cherilus, WR Darrius Heyward-Bay, DT Aubrayo Franklin, LB Erik Walden, DE Ricky Jean-Francois

Draft Needs:
Guard: The tackle play a year ago was bad and inconsistent. They need to find a player to help protect the future in Andrew Luck. Tackle was taken care of this off season and a guard was added, but they need to solidify this offensive line.

Cornerback: With Vontae Davis on one side they need someone to help on the other. They don’t have many options and this is an important pick throughout the draft for them. I wouldn't be surprised if they pick up a few corners in this draft.

Linebacker: Adding Walden will help improve this linebacker core but they still need help. I see them taking someone in the middle rounds because they do not have a 2nd round pick.

Running Back: With Vick Ballard stepping up last year, I think they need an explosive running back. A back who can make plays and create momentum with one run. They can find a more explosive back later in the draft.

Safety: Adding Landry helps the secondary this year, but I see them finding someone to learn behind him and Bethea in the later rounds of the draft to help the future of this team.
