Waiver Wire Gems

Donald Brown San Diego Chargers: Brown gets matched up with the Jacksonville Jaguars this week and that could mean big things for the new starting RB in San Diego. After Matthews went down in week 2 and Woodhead in week 3 we can expect a lot of touches for him in week 4. He is a career 4.2 yards per carry guy but average over 5 last season with the Colts. He has potential and is only 28 years old. Brown should be owned in all leagues.

Kirk Cousins Washington Redskins: Cousins was thought to be the better fit in this offense than RGIII and there was only a matter of time until he took over. We saw against the Eagles the type of potential he has and what his coach would like to do with him. Gruden loves highly accurate passers, like Dalton who last year in Gruden's offense finished as a top 10 quarterback. Cousins could be a top 12 player for the rest of the season with top 8 potential.

Andrew Hawkins Cleveland Browns: Hawkins is currently 8th in the league in receptions, 14th in yards and tied for 3rd in targets. Yet he is owned in less than 25% of leagues. This isn't going to change he is the best option and clearly Hoyers favorite target. Not only should he be owned in all leagues he should be starting for most teams. Just remember he has a bye this week.
