The Lions have signed the number 5 pick in the draft defensive end Ezekiel Ziggy Ansah. Ansah, 6'6 270, is a raw talent, who didn't have a ton of production at the college level, but showed major potential a year ago. He is big and should help fill the void of losing their two defensive ends, Kyle Vanden Bosch and Cliff Avril.
With the new CBA rookies have a much easier time signing contracts. With Kenny Vaccaro signing earlier in the week expect the rest of the first round picks to sign, most should be coming within the next week or two.
